Typical Small Scale Line Configurations
From Manual Setups to Compact Soap Lines
There is no single “correct” small scale soap line. The right configuration of a soap pilot line depends on the level of investment, available space, expected production capacity and the type of products you want to manufacture.
Below are three typical examples of soap lines, from very simple equipment, like laboratory soap lines up to small/medium scale soap lines for productions up to to 150 Kg/h. Each configuration can be adapted, for example by changing machine sizes or adding options such as simplex or duplex soap extruder, soap cutters and different models of soap stampers.
All the examples assume that saponification to produce soap flakes (or the purchase of ready-made soap noodles) are managed separately. Our small scale soap machines focus on the finishing stage: soap mixing, soap refining / extruding, soap cutting and soap stamping.
Soap Line BASIC:
Machines: SOAP MIXER M15 + SIMPLEX SOAP PLODDER 80 + MANUAL SOAP STAMPER
Purpose of the equipment: Laboratory soap line used by medium/big soap factories to test perfumes, additives and new soap formulas. With the manual soap press is possible to produce stamped soap bars with a weight up to 75 grams
Soap Line PLUS:
Machines: SOAP MIXER M30 + SIMPLEX SOAP PLODDER 120 + PNEUMATIC SOAP STAMPER
Purpose of the equipment: Pilot soap line used to test new formula but also for a small production of stamped toilet soap up to 150 grams. The capacity of the line arrives up to 50 Kg/h of extruded soap. This pilot soap line is an ideal solution for scaling up production capacity. It provides full flexibility and precise control throughout each phase, making it easier to move from home soap making to a compact professional operation.
Soap Line ADVANCED:
Machines: SOAP MIXER M75 + DUPLEX VACUUM PLODDER 120 + SOAP CUTTER + AUTOMATIC SOAP STAMPER
Purpose of the equipment: Pilot soap line for small/medium scale soap manufacturing, able to produce stamped toilet soap bars up to 250g. The capacity of this soap line arrive up to 150 Kg/h of extruded soap.
Machines in the Laboratory and Pilot Lines
The Pilot and Laboratory Lines feature modular solutions designed to match the specific requirements of each client. By combining manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic equipment, every setup can be adapted to streamline production, delivering flexibility, efficiency, and full process control.
