Small scale soap extruders for laboratory and small production
The small scale soap extruder (plodder) is the machine used after the mixer to refine, homogenize and compact the soap mass into a continuous bar ready for cutting and stamping.
This bench-top extruder is designed for small batch production, pilot plants, R&D laboratories and start-ups that need industrial-style processing on a reduced scale. The screw compresses the soap, removes air (in the vacuum version) and pushes it through an interchangeable die to obtain the required bar section.
Thanks to its compact footprint, simple installation and easy cleaning, the machine is suitable for frequent product changes and short production runs of toilet soap, hotel soap, syndet and cosmetic bars.
