Toilet and cosmetic soap bars are the most common application for our small scale lines. Typical formulations are based on vegetable soap noodles, optionally enriched with glycerin, oils, butters, colourants, fragrances and functional ingredients for specific skin types.
The soap mixers allow you to homogenise the soap noodles with additives and liquids, while the soap extruders (soap plodders) refine the structure and compact the soap mass to obtain smooth, dense soap bars. The automatic soap cutters define the bar length and weight, and the soap stamping machines can create different shapes, logos and decorations.
